Major Function: 1. Grade the water price: The water meter charges for water consumption in accordance with the pre-set graded water price. 2. Remnant value alarm function: The valve will close one time if the remnant value reaches the pre-set alarm value.  Users can insert the card to open the valve till the pre-set value is used up. 3. Value return:Users can process value recovery, or card return procedures. 4. Digital display: Users can read total value, remnant value, total water consumption, valve situation etc. on the LCD display. 5.
